While the exteriors are striking, it's the efficiency and simplicity of the interiors that make the Cottages irresistible. Every day living is conveniently compartmentalized over three floors creating intimate spaces throughout. The first floor serves as the living space; great room, dining, kitchen, and powder room. The second floor serves as the guest suite, family room, and laundry. The master suite is located on the third floor with fantastic sunrise and sunset views.
